Refund Policy

~ If the product you receive is damaged in any way please notify me. I will work out a solution with you

~ Damages to the product caused by the postal service are not my responsibility.

~ Buyers are responsible for shipping costs to send a product back to me. I will not issue a refund until I receive the product from the buyer.

~ I am not responsible for anyone underage purchasing from my website, and I will not be giving a refund unless I receive the product back from the buyer.

~ Packages getting lost or stolen are not my responsibility, refunds are not applicable to these issues.

~ Refunds are not applicable to any digitally downloaded purchase

~ If there is a problem downloading a digital download, please contact me.

~ All listings that are digital downloads will say in the title, description, and refund policy off to the side that it is not a physical product that you will receive via mail.

~ All photography on this website was captured by me, Bear, on various family vacations and outings.
