This blanket is perfect for a throw blanket! It can be used to cuddle up with when it's cold, as a decoration, as a baby blanket, or for whatever other uses you have for it.
 
The colors in this blanket were completely unintentional. I wanted to have the blanket one solid color, but I ran out of the darker pink before I could finish. So I improvised and used a peachy-pink and made a border around.
 
Granny squares are, in my opinion, the easiest blankets to make. It's a very repetative pattern, so it's easy to zone out and watch a show or talk to someone while crocheting away. They're my favorite things to make
on-the-go. They are also very flexible when it comes to sizing. You can make rectangle blankets using the granny square pattern, and you can easily make them as big or as small as you want!
 
This blanket is super cosy warm, and pretty soft. It would be great for kids' rooms or play areas. It does stretch a bit, but it's also fairly durable. If your kids is into pink things, they might love this blanket!
